Goal: To Strengthen effective security and investigative strategies to combat violent crimes against women on campus and to enhance the apprehension, investigation and adjudication of persons committing violent crimes against women.

Objective 1 Provide training for Campus Police/Public Safety Personnel

• Consistent information for campus police/public safety personnel on all three campuses
• Attention to intersection with Philadelphia Police Department, law enforcement and legal systems

Objective 2 Training Components- Two level training offered

• 4 hours for Campus Police
• 4 hours for Public Safety
  • Up to 12 campus trainings offered over a two-year period, beginning month 6

Objective 3 Training Evaluation

• Training design will be evaluated
• Training program will be updated continually

Objective 4 Training Products

• Laminated protocol cards for public safety personnel
• Develop new curricula and training materials
• CD-Roms and power point presentation for all schools
• Training Manual
