- The Executive Committee
- Provides Consortium leadership
- Ensures implementation of grant
- Oversees programs, budgets, and reports
- Facilitates Consortium, Steering
- Committees and Campus Team Meetings
- Steering Committee
- Meets bimonthly
- Considers projects and programs proposed by the working groups
- Provides advice, resources, and support to working groups
- Supports implementation of projects and programs at Consortium and Campus levels
Collaborative Working Groups
Interdisciplinary focused Working Groups meet according to need. Students, staff, and faculty from each campus will be recruited to join these groups.
- Victim/Survivor Services
- Police/Public Safety
- Judicial Affairs
- Education and Outreach
- Campus Teams
- Campus-wide interdisciplinary teams
- Informs Working Groups and Steering Committee of individual campus needs, interests, & practices
- Provides membership to the four Working Groups
- Leads Campus Activities
- Implements projects and programs on campus
- Participates in Consortium level activities
- Provides education, publicity, and outreach
